  Just had a family member get a Honda Pilot serviced here. They replaced the alternator and battery. When she went to pick up the vehicle it was shaking. After consulting another mechanic, we discovered they left 3 connections to the fuel injector unplugged which didn’t even need to be done for the service they charged for. On top of it there was a car seat in the car so it was blatant there was at least 1 child young enough to need a car seat riding in the car. I can’t believe they would miss such an important step knowing a small child rides in the car. They should be ashamed of themselves for this careless mistake.

  Just had a Honda pilot serviced here. Got the alternator and battery replaced. When somebody went to pick it up they said oh we “forgot” to tell you that you needed new spark plugs and coils. They gave us a ridiculous price so we went a different direction. We called a small business and when he came to check it out there was 3 connections not attached for the fuel Injector. After what he said plus my own research they didn’t even have to unplug that to do what I had done so they did it on purpose to get more money out of us. What a scam. Do not go here if you want an honest mechanic. And even worse on top of all that I had a car seat in the back while it was getting serviced so they knew I had at least 1 car seat aged kid that rode in the car. What kind of a sick business would feel good about sending off a car they know a small child is in isn’t safe to drive. That’s diabolical and downright evil.

  I just had my battery and alternator changed here. During the duration of my car being in the shop it was a struggle to get any type of communication. When I was finally able to pick up my car, I paid for my service and was told it was ready to go. Once I get in the car I notice my car is shaking pretty violently. When we went back inside they informed us they “forgot” to tell us we needed to replace spark plugs and coils. So we asked how much that would cost which they quoted me close to $1800. So we asked for an itemized list and we cross referenced the prices. We were told he “wasn’t charging a lot for labor” but after seeing how much the parts really cost it’s blatant to see they were hiding the labor cost in the cost of materials. When we brought up that it’s obviously marked up the man working was visibly annoyed. It’s really disappointing since I used to go to the Monroe in Fall River before it closed and never had an issue. I do not recommend this place especially if you don’t know much about cars. I feel taken advantage of and I’m deeply disappointed they felt okay sending me off in a car that was very obviously unsafe to be on the road.   HIGHLY do not recommend. ordered tires from goodyear at the beginning of the week and set up an appointment for today at 10am, everything was paid for and i called last night to confirm they said yup see you at 10! showed up this morning and the 2 guys there had no idea what i was talking about and went to look 4 times in the back and said they have no appointment or my tires and they must’ve been delivered somewhere else but if i wanted tires today i would have to pay AGAIN even though i showed them the email with my order and appointment. after being on the phone w corporate and goodyear all morning i find out that my tires were delivered 11/2 and signed off on, and the kid named josh that was there this morning confirmed to signing off on them but didn’t know where they are. don’t know what shady stuff is going on there but they had my tires the whole time and lied to me trying to get me to pay another $700. wasted my time and i still have no new tires!
