    I was the first customer but it quickly became busy & I ended up waiting longer than needed to get my car back. When I first went in, a gentleman was on the phone on a personal call so I couldn’t talk to him. I ended checking in with another gentleman. All in all, good service, but a little disorganized. I feel like you need one person to handle customers and computer without handling cars as well. I think I probably ended up waiting an extra 20 minutes after my car was done.

    The guys at the Swansea Center are amazing. My exhaust had fallen apart a few times in the cold weather. They worked so hard to help my situation and fix it.

    Just had a Honda pilot serviced here. Got the alternator and battery replaced. When somebody went to pick it up they said oh we “forgot” to tell you that you needed new spark plugs and coils. They gave us a ridiculous price so we went a different direction. We called a small business and when he came to check it out there was 3 connections not attached for the fuel Injector. After what he said plus my own research they didn’t even have to unplug that to do what I had done so they did it on purpose to get more money out of us. What a scam. Do not go here if you want an honest mechanic. And even worse on top of all that I had a car seat in the back while it was getting serviced so they knew I had at least 1 car seat aged kid that rode in the car. What kind of a sick business would feel good about sending off a car they know a small child is in isn’t safe to drive. That’s diabolical and downright evil.

    I just had my battery and alternator changed here. During the duration of my car being in the shop it was a struggle to get any type of communication. When I was finally able to pick up my car, I paid for my service and was told it was ready to go. Once I get in the car I notice my car is shaking pretty violently. When we went back inside they informed us they “forgot” to tell us we needed to replace spark plugs and coils. So we asked how much that would cost which they quoted me close to $1800. So we asked for an itemized list and we cross referenced the prices. We were told he “wasn’t charging a lot for labor” but after seeing how much the parts really cost it’s blatant to see they were hiding the labor cost in the cost of materials. When we brought up that it’s obviously marked up the man working was visibly annoyed. It’s really disappointing since I used to go to the Monroe in Fall River before it closed and never had an issue. I do not recommend this place especially if you don’t know much about cars. I feel taken advantage of and I’m deeply disappointed they felt okay sending me off in a car that was very obviously unsafe to be on the road.
