  Me and my wife purchased a Cadillac esv from empire in Swansea Ma our sales rep was ALEX and from start to finish the service was amazing he worked over time to get us an affordable payment and even helped us get a new insurance policy $400 cheaper than the one we had I can’t thank them enough and will recommend them over anybody when it comes to financing or purchasing a pre owned vehicle

  By FARRRRR THEEEEE WORST !!!!! WORST Experience I have ever had!!!! I will do everything in my power to make sure that every single person I know or knows of me doesn’t come to this place for a vehicle. They are HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Lack of communication and poor service!

  Id avoid this place if your looking to buy a car for a fair price. They use an advertising trick iv never ran into before. They advertise there cars reflecting a 3000.00 down payment that you didnt put down yet. You dont notice untill you start to finalize your deal. There finance department is the Hyundai dealership, so yes you'll be paying the top dollar doc fees. I used my own financial bank and after the deal and I was getting my paperwork the price they sold the car to me was a couple thousand over what the retail price would normally be. These guys look for anyway to maximize there greedy pocket. I get it they have to make there money but this dealership buys cars at the auction and marks the price sky high and charge big box store fees. Go find a dealership that actually honors there advertised price, most of them places actually even work off that price . Not this place....
