    Happy the tires I asked for were in stock and put on same day. Performed alignment and gave me before/after output. Courteous staff took a look at the wear on my old tires, actually didn’t pressure me to replace them (my mechanic had suggested I do so soon). Tires I wanted were on sale, and with sale price better than online tire stores. (More than my wife paid for same tires at Sullivan 2 years ago, but that’s inflation…) Sullivan Tire in Sudbury lets Sudbury Boy Scouts have Christmas Tree sale on their lot every year, so I like them as good community members.

    Team at Sudbury location sourced a new tire and fit us in at very short notice over the weekend for tire damage/replacement before our daughter had to head back to college. Great experience, as per previous visits.

    I called Sullivan Tire and spoke with Monica to get preliminary information about the availability/prices for tires & brakes about two weeks before I decided to move forward with the job; one week before I called and spoke with Alex, who ordered the specific tires to ensure they were in-stock the day of my appointment. I arrived at 7:30am and was greeted by Alex at the front-door, who already had my work-order printed and confirmed. Alex said it would take a few hours to complete and I would get a call when it was done. I hung out in the waiting area for a few minutes until my ride picked me up, it was nicely appointed with WiFi, a high-def TV and coffee. About 4-hours later just before lunch I received a call that it was done. I came back, reviewed the completed work-order and picked up my vehicle. Everything was completed as specified to the highest standards; I feel my vehicle rides like factory new. THANK YOU Sullivan Tire, you went above and beyond!!

    This was my first visit and last visit to the Sudbury location, thanks to the store manager, Normand. I've visited the Framingham location multiple times and have always had a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about this location. I visited the Sudbury location for a tire rotation and alignment inspection. Upon arrival, I was asked if I'm looking to have the alignment fixed in addition to rotation. I clarified that I'm looking for alignment inspection just to see if there is any issue, but not looking to have the alignment fixed right away since I don't even know if there is an issue. The lady at the counter clarified with the store manager what that means and he mentioned something on the line of how that is just tire rotation or part of it. After the service, the lady brought the invoice which had no mention of alignment inspection. I mentioned to her again that I had requested alignment inspection as well in my service request. Upon checking the invoice, she realized that it was part of the service request and went back to the counter to clarify. She asked me who I had talked to when I came in(I had talked to her) and I reminded her that. She asked the store manager if I had requested alignment inspection and he yelled from across the room that I had said no to that when asked initially. I clarified that I had said no to fixing alignment but had asked for alignment inspection when checking in as well. The lady was polite to mention that they were a little understaffed and I can schedule another time for alignment inspection. I mentioned that I'm fine with alignment inspection not happening but just tried to explain myself again. Normand couldn't help himself but yell from across the room again that she had asked me initially if I wanted to check the alignment and I had said no. I had no interest in arguing with the guy with a clear lack of customer skills.
