But they don't care cuz they're going to make their money regardless. Maybe they need new management. I have been to almost every state in this country and I have been to hundreds of pilots and this is by far the worst location I have ever been to. The staff is very lazy and rude. You need to get rid of the staff here the guy that cleans the bathroom doesn't even really clean the bathroom.

Other than that staff are trying to accommodate customers as much as I can management needs to ease the situation by fixing showers for customers truck drivers, and washers. Other than that that’s it.

Can the boiler be repaired? Not all the bushings were opened. I am contacting the Pilot Corporation to put things in order, otherwise I will refuel at other companies, for example, Love, although the repairs have been done there and the price for diesel is cheaper.
- MLMeme LNov 3, 20255.0I only came in for a snack, bathroom break, and gas. Bathroom was clean. Snack selection was pretty good. Drink selection was excellent and gas was easy. Staff is also polite and friendly. Getting back on the highway is a little longer than I would’ve thought exiting out of the rest stop. So keep that in mind you’re passing by after dark.
