This public EVgo charging station in Sturbridge provides fast charging for all major electric vehicles. Located on 21 New Boston Road, it's near Panera Bread. The site offers 24/7 access, is ADA-compliant, and supports both CCS and CHAdeMO connectors. While charging, drivers can visit nearby shops or grab food within walking distance. Customers can use the EVgo app to check charger availability, track sessions, and view Time-of-Use pricing where available. It's a convenient and reliable option for both local drivers and those passing through the area.
I have charged here twice. Their rates are expensive, but I guess that’s what happens when there are no other fast charging stations in the area. I would recommend folks in the area lobby for more fast charging options.
I will also never use EVgo again. I wanted to top off my charge before heading to family on Christmas morning and without any warning, they added a $22 service charge! I used about three dollars worth of energy and was charged $25. Absolutely predatory. The fee itself is asinine, and the fact that there was no indication that this would happen has to be against some kind of regulation. Go ahead and search EVgo and service charges and you will see that this is a common practice.
Way to bend to capitalism and screw up the necessary infrastructure that gives us a fighting chance at reversing climate change. Greedy greedy company.
Response to EVgo's response: The hold is $40. The charge was over $25. Photo attached showing 6 kWh used. $21.22 would be $3.54 / kWh. Should be $0.35 if anything.

I have attempted to use these chargers and only successfully charged here once. They cut out when they are barely connected.

This charger is 69 cents per kwh. That's insane. Go to the Big Bunny Market for a DC fast charger that's 6 minutes away and over half the price.
