This public EVgo charging station in Sturbridge provides fast charging for all major electric vehicles. Located on 21 New Boston Road, it's near Panera Bread. The site offers 24/7 access, is ADA-compliant, and supports both CCS and CHAdeMO connectors. While charging, drivers can visit nearby shops or grab food within walking distance. Customers can use the EVgo app to check charger availability, track sessions, and view Time-of-Use pricing where available. It's a convenient and reliable option for both local drivers and those passing through the area.
This charger is 69 cents per kwh. That's insane. Go to the Big Bunny Market for a DC fast charger that's 6 minutes away and over half the price.

Horrible. Machines constantly going offline, taking cars forever to charge because folks have to get out of car, unplug and restart the charging session only to have to do the same thing 10 mins later. Also, states these are fast chargers of 200kw but didn't get over 73. Additionally the location of the chargers is hidden behind the power station so pulling out of the spots is dangerous as cars entering the shopping plaza come flying in at fast speeds from down a hill and you have to say a little prayer before pulling out of the charging spot. Sat there for 90 mins yesterday, had to call EV Go customer support (they were great actually) who had to reboot machines multiple times. Customer service also wasn't able to offer me any charging credit or refund for the broken machines and said I would need to send an email and maybe they would approve a refund but not likely. Will never go to this station again and will avoid EV GO chargers whenever possible. What a nightmare.

This station does not charge at full capacity at any of the chargers. All of them are half the power listed.

Very expensive!!!!I will have to go back to gas and get rid of my EV as it doesn’t make sense anymore!!! This company is taking advantage of us since there is higher demand now it’s costing 35$-45$ to fill 80% which won’t even get 200 miles don’t come here
