I asked if an employee could come to where I was to give me a jump. Tony, the store manager was more than willing to assist. He showed up 10 minutes later and got my car started which enabled me to drive to AutoZone which was 5 mins away to purchase a new battery and get on with my day. Thanks Tony for demonstrating impeccable customer service and for making my day 100% easier and stress free!
