  To potential future customers - save your money and your time and go somewhere else! I would like to leave negative stars for this shameful and disgusting business. They don’t deserve any positive praise, stars or reviews. I bought tires from Amazon for my elderly mother and chose this place to install them. NEVER called or texted or reached out regarding any issues! My mother brings her car to to get them put on and they not only don’t install the 2 tires that we already purchased - they charge her $1,400.00 because they “can’t” install only 2 and then charge her for 4 new tires and installation and make her wait almost 4 hours for them to install them. I’m beyond livid and disgusted that anyone would do this to anyone let alone an elderly woman. She did not need 4 new tires - we already bought/had 2 - if you “couldn’t” do just 2, we could have ordered another 2 from Amazon at a fraction of the price you’re charging for tires and had them all installed at a later date. You could have also offered 2 tires since 2 were already purchased - you didn’t do that either! My mother is 76 years old and on a fixed income and can’t afford that! Don’t reply with your automatic fake “apology” or “explanation” I don’t want it. Do better and be better. Stop ripping people off and taking advantage of them.

  UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT! Jonathan was able to rectify issues that occurred under the old management. I am extremely grateful, and car is driving back to normal. Lorenzo and Al are still there and are great as well. Always friendly and call with updates. Had a drop off appointment and car was back in a timely manner. Huge thanks to Jonathan and service team! Keep up the great work.

  Excellent and speedy service! I am so grateful for Jonathan and Lorenzo at Goodyear on Main St. in Stoneham. They made a stressful situation so much smoother and even stayed later than business hours for me. They gave me timely updates on my service the next morning, as they knew I need my car back right away. I would highly recommend coming here for your auto needs. I can’t thank them enough!
