Pretty good personnel. The first day I asked about the 22 inch tires they didn't have it in stock but Jonathan (manager) managed real quick to find me those. I'm super grateful and recommend them!

I usually don’t leave reviews, but my experience at Goodyear Auto Service truly deserved one. Jonathan was incredibly professional, helpful, and attentive from start to finish. He made sure to thoroughly check every issue I brought up and took the time to clearly explain everything to me, which I really appreciated. Although it did take some time, he was able to figure out exactly what was wrong with my tires and realized that I actually didn’t need new ones—something I really valued. I never felt rushed and felt confident leaving my car in his care. Excellent customer service all around. I’ll definitely be coming back for future service.

I must say that the services are very great. I came over to have my car serviced and not long after I was kept informed the whole way. Great communication and a very respectful tone set not only to me but also to other customers. Would definitely recommend and definitely will be returning for the next time I need to service my car.

Bait and switch con-men. Lied to my father's face throughout the course of the day. A 2 hour appointment turned into a 4 hour appointment, to a 6 hour, 8, and finally 10 hours to replace two front tires only. Online had "Brand X" listed as in stock and cheap. After sitting there for 2.5 hours, they informed us that we should actually get 4 tires. My father politely refused. Then after another while they said they actually didn't have the cheap tires in stock, and after making us wait so long, they could offer us 4 tires of "Brand A" tires for a really great price....too good to be true. And for some reason, the time frame kept getting extended. It should absolutely never take 10 hours to replace 4 tires. Never. That's insane. Anyway, what the manager was doing was waiting for 4 of the "Brand X" tires to get delivered. It took all day, they finally came in, they slapped em on and then waited for the store to be closing to tell my dad he can get the car. He didn't realize until after he left and stopped for gas, that they put 4 of the cheaper tires on, not the 4 good ones they promised. So, we did not save any money at all, we got tricked into paying for 4 tires. The manager was playing this game all along and because of it we had to spend more money on uber, my father had to use up a vacation day (his company was cool with a couple hours in the morning, but not a full day) and now we have tires on the back of the car, that are worse than what was originally on there. Thank you for showing us the worst in humanity and for being a dishonest horrible human. Thanks for wasting our entire day. Thank you for the financial stress you caused. Thank you for the broken trust. May it all come back to you tenfold. 🙏

Had an appointment at 8:00 a.m. for two cheap tires that were listed as in stock on their website. Showed up early and checked in. Sat there until 10:15. Manager tells me," you should really get four tires because blah blah blah" I tell him no, I only need the two fronts, but thank you. Comes back to me at 11:00 (I've been there for 3 hours now) oh we actually don't have those tires in stock, but I can sell you a set of four of better tires for a good price. I tell him no, he comes up with all these different scenarios, then tells me he can sell me these four real good tires for a real good price. I agree to it good deal, they made me sit and wait for almost 4 hours, so I thought they were doing me a favor. Told me it was going to be about an hour and a half to 2 hours. So I took an Uber home. Called them 2 hours and 45 minutes later, " oh no your car is not ready, it won't be ready until 2:30" I said okay I'll see you at 2:30. They call me at 2:00, "when were you expecting to pick your car up?* I said right now I can come in. " Oh well it's not ready, we just wanted to know when you were going to come get your car" I told them as soon as it's ready. Finally at 5:00, 10 hours later, they say my car is ready. They give me the key, tiny receipt, and that's that. I go to the gas station to fill up, look at my tires, they put four of the cheap ones that I originally only asked for two of. They waited all day to get them in stock and put four of them on there, which saved me no money. It would have been cheaper for me to have agreed to four of these tires in the first place and then I would have gotten the veteran discount. They lied to me all day long. From the moment I walked in there the manager lied to my face and acted like a good guy. He is a horribly dishonest person, like a villain in a movie. Stay away from this place. Not worth it.
Related sidenote: I should have known, after I saw what they did to the gentleman sitting across from me. There was an old man in there who came in to get a tire checked, he thought it had a leak. He was there before me, he had to go up to the counter at 10:30 (after sitting there for 3 hours) tonssk the intentionally unaware clerk to pull up his car and read out loud "no leaks were found, tire is fine." That poor guy's car had been sitting there for 3 hours after they checked it and no one wanted to tell him he was all set.
