The employee happily helped and confirmed they'd be able to install the battery for free since my car has easy access to it. After I ordered and came in to pickup the battery. The employee that helped me informed me that no one would volunteer to install the battery in the cold. While I understand that it's winter, it is very frustrating to be promised one thing, but be told another.
