For anyone who unfortunately needs to do this and go through the process knows how difficult and frustrating and expensive. So when you also have to deal with a company who doesn’t do there job properly makes an already a stressful situation even more difficult and frustrating. Intoxalock’s customer service is very difficult to work with. First you can’t understand what they’re saying, then they do not report that you have it installed in a timely manner took them over a week to simply send an email. When you call them and set up your appointment they tell you that they will send the confirmation immediately, but they lie. Therefore until they send the confirmation email you’re still unable to drive. So if you unfortunately need to use this company follow up with calls to make sure that they properly follow through with the confirmation email or it could cost you more issues .
