    Make sure you ask lots of questions because they will do whatever they want and not disclose. Bri loves to cut you off while you’re talking! They tell me I have a balance and when I get there it’s a different amount.

    This is by far the WORST enterprise. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude after taking multiple public transportation on two hours on the bus just for her to mess up charge my card 100 bucks more than what it was supposed to be then it got declined because the extra hundred wasn’t on there and then when she redid it, I asked her to hold on for a second, so I can unlock my card. She proceeded to give attitude and charge my card while it was locked therefore getting declined again. You need better people working at this location. Everybody that I have spoke to from different locations said they always have a problem with the Boston road location get it together people

    Had an appointment for 3:00 and the lady informed us the car is 20 Minutes away, needs to come back, and be cleaned. She had us waiting for multiple minutes before approaching us as well. Appointments have set times for a reason, Be prepared and professional.
