  I have had dealings with many glass companies in my 46 year's in auto collision industry. They are among one of the best! Everyone i spoke with was pleasent and cheerful and made sure my needs were met. I would recommend them for all your glass needs you can't go wrong.

  I rarely leave reviews but this small company in Spencer, MA deserves a huge shoutout for their outstanding customer service and quality workmanship! My husband and I built a custom home in Sterling and needed custom glass cut cabinet tops to protect a lot of painted and custom cabinetry items in our new home. Initially, we called a much closer glass company to do the work but could never get a call back even though I indicated the importance of having the cabinets protected from scratches as quickly as possible. I finally gave up on them due to lack of follow up and unreturned messages. I did a little research online and wanted to try this small company with great reviews even though it was a 40 minute one way drive for delivery. Their turnover time from placement of the order to delivery was a matter of a day or two. I asked if they would install all the glass once delivered and they couldn’t have been more accommodating, polite, and helpful. One of their glass cutters, Paul, came out twice and couldn’t have been nicer and helpful. One of the smaller pieces I measured for my built in desk shelving was off in my measurements - he agreed to take it back to the shop and recut the piece at no charge. I miscounted a couple of others and he had them ready later that day! If your looking for quality workmanship and customer service, look no further. Guaranty Glass and Mirror will always have my business moving forward. This small business in Spencer deserves your business as well. You won’t be disappointed!
