  I rarely leave reviews but this small company in Spencer, MA deserves a huge shoutout for their outstanding customer service and quality workmanship! My husband and I built a custom home in Sterling and needed custom glass cut cabinet tops to protect a lot of painted and custom cabinetry items in our new home. Initially, we called a much closer glass company to do the work but could never get a call back even though I indicated the importance of having the cabinets protected from scratches as quickly as possible. I finally gave up on them due to lack of follow up and unreturned messages. I did a little research online and wanted to try this small company with great reviews even though it was a 40 minute one way drive for delivery. Their turnover time from placement of the order to delivery was a matter of a day or two. I asked if they would install all the glass once delivered and they couldn’t have been more accommodating, polite, and helpful. One of their glass cutters, Paul, came out twice and couldn’t have been nicer and helpful. One of the smaller pieces I measured for my built in desk shelving was off in my measurements - he agreed to take it back to the shop and recut the piece at no charge. I miscounted a couple of others and he had them ready later that day! If your looking for quality workmanship and customer service, look no further. Guaranty Glass and Mirror will always have my business moving forward. This small business in Spencer deserves your business as well. You won’t be disappointed!

  I had my rear car window break unexpectedly, and Guaranty Glass & Mirror got me in first thing the next morning. Their team was great to work with, friendly, professional, and kept me updated every step of the way. Through no fault of theirs, the first two replacement windows they received from the manufacturer were defective. Instead of giving up or pushing it off, they went the extra mile and ordered from a different supplier. The third one was perfect. To make things even easier, they came right out to my house to install it. The window looks great, everything was cleaned up, and the service was top-notch. It’s rare to see that kind of follow-through and care these days. I’d absolutely go back to Guaranty Glass & Mirror again and recommend them to anyone who needs glass work done right.

  What fantastic service! I stopped by Guaranty Glass & Mirror to see Steve to get my rearview mirror repaired and he had Paul, his mechanic do it in just minutes! Paul was wonderful! Everyone there was so friendly, efficient and clearly knew what they were doing and let's just say the price couldn't have been better! It's rare to find a place that makes car repairs this quick and easy these days. Highly recommend!

  I had a great experience with Guaranty Glass. They replaced a damaged window screen for me, and the whole process was quick, easy, and professional. The new screen fits beautifully and looks great. I really appreciate their excellent customer service. Highly recommended!
