But, thank you very much for the great job that you did! Thank you for having a rebuilt tranny at Globe ready to go. I had it the next day. I shouldn't have waited as long as I did to get it to Globe. I also know you rebuilt the tranny you took out of my Yukon. The person that is going to receive that rebuilt transmission is going to be very happy with it. If and when that transmission is needed. There also going to have a great experience! Also, thank you for doing a lot of minor repairs and actually showing me and letting me know what actually has to be done. Went for my 30-day recheck on the transmission and everything was great! Made another appointment to do a few other things. I will see you soon.

He checked WHILE I was on the phone with him to see if the issue was covered under warranty, which didn't even occur to me. It was covered and he suggested I bring it a dealership and have it repaired under the warranty. Called dealership and all is taken care of. THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE AT IT'S FINEST He didn't have to do that. Need I say more about Global Transmission ? Honesty and reliable service. Thank you, Don for your help !
