  These guys saved me more then anyone can imagine🥺 i had gotten a flat tire on the highway 2 hours away from home drove there on a Sunday 10 minutes before closing 4:50pm after waiting for a tow truck for over a hour 😭 thinking i wasn’t gonna be able to get a new tire.. & they helped me out immensely!!!!! i honestly couldn’t thank them enough and am so grateful for everyone that was there. i wish i could give them a million stars. seriously.

  Easy and quick. Came in with a nail in my tire, was out in 20 minutes. Would recommend to anyone with a car issue.

  I really appreciate and recognize these guys. Danni, Paul, Luis, Julian, Joe - thank you for the solid customer service. Every time I come in, the team is unbelievably friendly, patient, and you can tell they actually give a shit about their customers. It makes you want to come back because you just can’t always trust a shop or the people to have your best interest at heart. Multiple oil changes here, new tires, tune ups etc. I recommend coming here to this crew you wont want to go anywhere else

  I arrived at the service center at 8 a.m. They said it would take 2 hours to replace 4 tires on my truck. They spent a long time just finding the paperwork for my tires—thankfully, they found them. While 2 hours seemed long, I agreed. I waited outside, went to a McDonald’s, and returned after 2.5 hours, only to see that two of my tires weren’t even on the vehicle yet. I asked, and they mentioned some issue. In the end, I waited 3 hours and 15 minutes total. When I approached them, no one was working on my truck. Only when I got visibly frustrated did someone start working again. After 3.5 hours, I finally got my truck back. I had bought the 4 new tires from an online site with free installation promised. Yet, they tried to charge me for the installation, and I had to argue that it was free. They were quite unhappy with me. Then I sat in the truck and saw my tire pressure sensors showed all four tires at different pressures—46, when the recommended was 36. I don’t know how this will affect my new tires, and I hope they’ll be fine. I mentioned this, and they said the system would “adapt” after 10 minutes of driving. I asked what pressure they had inflated to—they said 36. After driving 10 minutes, nothing changed. I stopped at a gas station and checked manually—no one had inflated them to 36. I had 48, 46, etc. I am shocked by the service. I did not expect this. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I hope management changes, because this was unbelievable. I give them zero stars—zero quality, zero service, zero customer care. Even the waiting area was just dirty chairs. A complete zero for this service
