- TBtokyo baldwinNov 5, 20251.0I went to this location because they have inspected my car in the past and it was fast and painless. My most recent experience was not. I went for an oil change. The mechanic told me that my oil pan was leaking and that my air filter was no good. They switched the air filter and changed my oil. I chose not to replace the oil pan at that time. I was almost upcharged 20 dollars until I asked for an itemized receipt. They also charged me to refill my windshield washer fluid even though I did not ask for that service at all. After I left and drove my car a short while my air conditioning stopped working completely. I looked under the hood and realized their was no coolant. They failed to mention this when they were looking at everything else under the hood. I refilled the coolant and it appears that the air-conditioned has no power at all. My car was perfectly fine when I brought it there. It is worse than it has ever been now. I will not be going back to this location and I wish that people could just do the work and provide quality service no matter who you are servicing.

They were able to get to vehicle quickly and were done just as fast. No need to find a new mechanic, they're right here.
