  Been renting from Enterprise (South Boston) almost daily for 3.5+ years. Over 20 years with the company overall. Never had a single issue—until this. New manager (there about a month) demanded I swap my vehicle at 8am in 2-degree weather, even though I use it for work and it was fully loaded. I was frustrated, sure—but I didn’t come in yelling or causing a scene. I actually have both interactions recorded. The initial conversation and the one at the end. Neither one shows me acting the way this was later described. After making me wait around 30 minutes while saying the car was ‘almost ready,’ the tone shifted and I was told they weren’t comfortable renting to me. No real explanation. Ten minutes after I left to go to another branch, the area manager called and told me I was put on a DNR list and issued a no-trespass order. He initially took my call, but as soon as I told him I had the videos and asked for her side of the situation, all communication stopped. Since then: over three months trying to get this reviewed—calls to the area manager, corporate, emails, posts—nothing. Once it was clear I had recordings of the interactions, communication stopped completely. No follow-up, no explanation, no accountability. Just cut off after decades of business. If something goes wrong at this location, don’t expect anyone to fix it or even call you back.

  Sanea, the manager at the South Boston location, was very helpful and demonstrated excellent customer service skills. She made me feel welcome and ensured that my experience was smooth and positive. I will definitely be back and will refer my family and friends. Thank you, Chakib

  My experience at this place was different from any other Enterprise. They tried to over charge me. All the cars were dirty, when I say every car I mean every car. They tried to charge me top dollar. I felt like something wasn’t adding up never coming here again.
