  I called ahead to confirm whether they could perform the TNC inspection. The person on the phone told me they could, and I informed him I would arrive in 15 minutes. He said that was fine. However, when I arrived, I was told they could not do the inspection after all. This was very unprofessional.

  AVOID. Went here for wheel bearings swap in summer 2024. Was upsold into doing the control arms as well because “it would not pass inspection” otherwise. So I spent an extra 800 bucks getting them replaced. Just got back from another mechanic doing my brakes and was shown that my tire has significant uneven wear and there is play in the ball joint in the control arm. Now I need a tire and another control arm before inspection. I work from home and have driven the car less than 10000 miles since the swap.

  **Update for potential customers: I did reach out to the customer service email provided on 10/17, and have yet to receive a reply back and it is 10/28. **Additionally, I went elsewhere for the same tire replacement and was charged about $150 less than speedee charged me a few months ago. Please shop around and steer clear of here. I thought I finally found a mechanic I could trust, and had been going here for a couple of years. Yesterday I called regarding something that I was led to believe would not be an issue. A few months ago, I went in to replace two tires because I ran over a nail. They replaced two different tires instead because of the low treads. The day before, they passed those same “low tread” tires for my inspection… and patched the flat with the nail. Not what I asked for and I was confused because they just passed those other tires the day before, but the man who helped me made me feel the patch would hold for years, and I should have replaced those other low tread tires. I am no car expert, and rely on the people working there to give me the best advice. Yesterday that patch gave out. I called in to have the other two tires replaced and was told I could not make an appointment for this. So, while on the phone I asked if I could just have the brand of tires they replaced, so I could match the new ones elsewhere. The man kept telling me to “just come in” and he could “100% look at it” and also “maybe you ran over another nail.” It was a very frustrating phone call, given the tire with the patch is the one that gave out. And it was especially frustrating as a customer when I was so willing to just book an appointment for two brand new tires. He then told me that they “got a new system” and he may not even be able to find my information, and again told me to come in. I would recommend looking elsewhere for the serious stuff, and just sticking to an oil change here.

  Just got my oil change at Speedee. There was no waiting they took me in right away. Ant was so friendly and helpful with letting me know upfront the services and costs so there were no surprises. Offered extras and wrote up recommendations without pressure to spend more. Everyone was so very nice and approachable. I was on my way within about 15 minutes. The price was more than I was paying down the street but a I felt it was worth it 100%.
