    Wow, this was the best service I've ever experienced with any of my vehicles, and I have about 12-15 cars over 41 years. It makes me wonder why I would go elsewhere for an oil change. The service was fantastic. The staff working on my car were efficient, and I was finished in under 10 minutes. Plus, they didn't push me to get a tire rotation since my wheels were still relatively new. Definitely a 10-star experience!

    Worst experience I have ever had. Went in for a routine oil change. They said I needed my transmission fluid replaced. They put the wrong fluid in and my car instantly started up wrong. Had to bring the car to the dealership and take the day off from work. Dealership took samples and confirmed valvoline put in the oil and had to do to a complete fluid wash and replace. Went back for a refund with a written letter from Honda documented the mistake and was told a manager would call me. No one called me and still trying to get a refund.
