Three hours later and radio silence, so I dropped by. Said it would be done shortly and I proceeded to wait for another hour. Took four hours for a simple inspection, with no communication or sense of urgency. Can’t vouch for their other services but would not recommend for an inspection

When I walked in Sheina greeted me with kindness and I told her what was going on. She consulted with Angie who was working next to her and they informed me they would have someone take a look at my tire today and take of it for me and they did. My tire was fixed in a few hours and I was back on the road. Angie and Sheina were professional, empathic and friendly. I will definitely return for service. Thank you Angie, Sheina and the repair team at Sullivan's Tires!
