- ARArun RamamurthyJul 6, 20251.0Terrible experience ! Now have to go back. 3rd time (which I will not) to fix a really badly done job. I had staggered tires for a rear wheel drive BMW Z3. First time the technician put the wider tires in the front in-spite of me repeatedly mentioning the 245s have to go in the rear. And he also put 2 of the tires the other way around (with the brand name facing inwards - although since they are not unidirectional it didn’t matter but careless work regardless). So took in back the next day as soon as I noticed it the manager was apologetic that they don’t see staggered tires too often etc etc - Fine mistakes happen. Few weeks later one of the tires is flat ! Called AAA and turns out the valve stem was not properly installed. Towed it back had them replace the valve stem again apology same drill. Now today I see another tire is flat and same issue valve stem is not installed properly ! Now I have to tow it to get it fixed. Definitely NOT going back to this place. I would rather pay another shop that knows what they are doing and get all the tires reinstalled. So be warned what you get here is a toss of the dice and if you are lucky you will not end up with issues. I prefer not to leave my safety up to luck !
