    I have the receipt — this was a clear sale of a non-working product. I paid $140 for a bulb they confirmed as the correct fit for my car. The bulb they gave me did not work at all. I have the receipt as proof of purchase. When I returned to the shop with the non-working item and the receipt, the staff refused to refund, replace, or properly test the product, and showed no willingness to take responsibility. This is unacceptable, unprofessional, and deceptive. Customers deserve honest products and basic accountability — I will be seeking a chargeback and filing a formal complaint if this isn’t resolved. Do not buy from this place unless they demonstrate the product works in front of you.
