  I scheduled an appointment and received two confirmation calls. During the first call, they confirmed my tires were in stock at the store. In the second call, they asked if I could come in a day earlier. I adjusted my schedule and arrived early as requested, only to find out that my tires were not actually available. This was a frustrating experience, especially since no explanation or solution was offered after asking me to come in unnecessarily. Sadly, poorly managed store.

  I really appreciate kind & professional people, at this place customer service is really great, today I saw Mr.Dymani and Mr.Shawn they fixed the tire of my car and they were so helpful they deserve a respect and a five star.

  Daren and ray did amazing we were struggling on funds and they knocked down the service rate and it was right before closing time they got us in right before they left and they got it done within and hour they were very communicative and helpful big thanks to them they are great! Definitely recommend 10/10!!!!

  Absolutely terrible. I made an appointment to get my truck aligned here. When I showed up, one of the workers told me to come back the next day because his head mechanic was out and he didn’t feel comfortable doing it (fair enough) and he’d give me 35 bucks off. So I go back the day after and I get told “we can’t do it cuz your truck is lifted” A. It’s the same height as the day before, B. It’s factory height but off-road package so it’s how it came. So I wasted gas, and time for them to then be like sorry we can’t do it out machine isn’t big enough! They couldn’t have told me that the day before just by looking at it? Don’t waste your time! And they had previously aligned this EXACT truck a few months ago and put new front tires on but now 3 months later they can’t do it. I will never be back because clearly they don’t know what they are doing.
