  I came here because I was having issues with some place else getting my oil changed correctly. I thought I would have better luck here. NOPE! Got my oil changed on March 9th, 2026 and something told em check my oil and ALL the oil was gone out my SUV. About 3 days prior to this, an olderr beat up car was in my handicap spot and they moved when I came home. I saw oil on the ground and figure it was their car leaking because it looks wrecked. I was talking junk about all that oil.on the ground. I normally travel to Lawrence, but couldn't go because I have a bend in my wheel that needs to be fixed. That probably saved me BECAUSE my engine was sounding funny (April 1st) and that's what made me check the oil . I'm thinking it's the wrecked car dripping oil and it was me. Smh They either didn't tighten the filter OR didn't put any oil in AFTER they drained my oil. I have ZERO leaks because I had to have my engine replaced because the last shop didn't put the filter on right. Getting an oil change should be a simple process, YET, here I am. I had to put a quart of oil in JUST to get back to them. I went back to inform them. They looked, checked for leaks...ZERO leaks. I knew that! Them I'm told, the only thing I can think of is, enough oil wasn't out in when it was changed. HOW does that happen IF you're checking your work. My washer fluid was topped off, BUT THEY STILL DID NOT add oil back in my engine. How do I know, because I checked my oil on this morning, April 2nd and ONLY the quart I put in is in their. I thought they did when they told me I was good and allowed me to leave out the bay AFTER telling them I had zero oil and I had to put in 1 quart JUST to get to them. Cara already expensive to fix and even more TODAY and that engine replacement cost me $5k for someone else's screw up. This time, should ANYTHING happen, I'm suing the company because THIS is slack and I have dash cam footage showing they didn't add oil to ensure my SUV had the right amount. Smh. If I pay someone over $100 for an oil change, I expect it to be done right. I won't be going back and I won't be recommending. While the crew was nice, nice doesn't protect my engine against damage. I hope that there's no long term damage done. If so, I WILL be back. I should have asked for my money back b cause this was a very BAD and potentially COSTLY mistake to the tune of THOUSANDS. Majority of people don't check their oil and just trust the job is done right and when something happens it's been so long until they can't connect the culprit. Because I've been thru this before I know to check when something don't sound right when my car is running. Hopefully, I caught this mistake in time before any damage occurred.
