    Great cars and the service people are super helpful and knowledgeable. Chris went out of his way to make time to help me with a problem that turned out to be minor on a busy work day. Plus the car (cx30) is great and fun to drive, handles well. Sticking with Mazda from now on.

    I walked in knowing exactly what car I wanted and had already confirmed the out the door price before arriving. The process was quick and easy, and I really appreciated how transparent both the sales consultant and the sales manager, Tim, were throughout. I would definitely buy from here again.

    My experience with the sales department at Mazda this morning was horrible. I went to the dealer as a motivated buyer because I’ve heard great things about the brand and this particular dealer and had high hopes. First, I drove a 2023 Mazda CX30 that very clearly had warped rotors, which was concerning as it only had 10k miles on it. Tim who was helping us claimed that the shaking was due to it “sitting on the lot too long” — which was clearly not the case and was essentially rolling his eyes as we were explaining our concerns. He showed us nothing in the car, knew absolutely nothing aboht the car, and couldn’t even answer any questions we had other than telling me that the car was perfectly fine. I then drove a CX5 which was in great condition, but after the first car having issues, I decided to take my business elsewhere. Upon leaving, he asked for my phone number, which I did not feel comfortable providing as I wasn’t interested in coming back. He then told me if I didn’t provide my number he “would get fired”. Very unprofessional and left a terrible taste in my mouth.

    Very unhappy with the service here. Scheduled an appointment for Thursday at 9 am and showed up and told me they were “overbooked”. What’s the point of scheduling an appointment if you can’t even oblige to it? Said to come back at 1pm. But unfortunately I can’t just drop everything to show up for an appointment YOU messed up on. Would recommend going somewhere else for service.

    Dishonest Service department with very poor communication. The advisor tried to convince me the car would not pass inspection unless I buy 4 new tires (for more than $ 1000 estimate). It actually was not true, and the car passed the inspection without needing new tires to do so, as I was told on the phone. They also tried to over charge for 2 filters to be changed- more than 100$ after tax for 2 filters… something that takes less than 10 minutes of work. (Both filters cost only $ 21 and it took me no more than 8 min to replace them both…). When the car was eventually ready with the work done, nobody called for 3 hours to let me know… I had to call back twice, late, around closing time to see what was the status of the vehicle. Very poor customer service which left me really disappointed, for the money paid. They were very trigger happy in pushing extra work on you and $ overcharge. Be careful and think twice before deciding to use their service department. Would NOT recommend.
