They put the wrong size on and my AWD was acting up. I called and told them what was going on and they changed the tires for me to the right size. This time my wife called them and needed two new tires ASAP. (Both kept going flat) They guy gave us a great price over the phone and told us to come in. We told him we where 20 minutes away, he said no problem. Come down and we will get it done tonight. We get there, and the guy pretends it wasn't him that spoke with us, evennthough you could clearly recognize his voice and the way he talked. He proceeded to give attitude because we "came right at closing time". We apologized and said well who ever we spoke to told us to head in, and gave us a lower price. He again acted like it wasn't him that said it, then proceeded to tell us it was a higher price because so and so didn't add the taxes. Just some shady hustlers. So heads up. The service was alright. They changed the tires quick and put the one ok tire on the front and the two new on the back. (New fronts next week.) Just be careful with this place. Hit or miss. Better then Town Fair Tire though where I waited 4 damn hours for 1 tire to be changed a few years ago. Dick's tire Barn in Charlton is a real good old school shop. Decent prices there.
