I had 1 tire rear losing pressure and went to get 2 in order to have matching. After leaving the car there all day, I went to drive the car only to realize the driver side front had more tread than the one on the back (newest always go on the back). I then waited 45 minutes for them to "fix" the issue, during which I heard the technician pop in and say "those goodyear tires are (bad word). After giving it some thought I realized, if replacing a rear tire, would the new go on the front? That would require taking off all 4 which doesn't make sense. I decided I would look at the tires more closely only to realize there was 1 new tire, dated in 2025, and 3 older tires dated in 2024. I called the store to let them know the issue. The guy at the desk cut me off and said "I'm transferring you to customer support." I waited on the phone there and was disconnected multiple times before being able to speak to someone, and they told me someone would get back to me after 24 hours. Two says later I get a call from the regional manager who was in clear defense mode. He made it clear he didn't believe me when knowing nothing about the situation. He said all he could do is make sure I got the tire I paid for, and he would make a special appointment for me where I was top priority. He also says there will be a record of the DOT #s for the new tires that were put on. I go to the appointment, and the guy beind the desk comes out to take a look, first tells me he thinks he sees what I mean. After that he backtracks, grabs his tire gauge, measures the back and says they're all 8/64". But he says they will have to pull it in to the garage. I then bring up the DOT #s and after 2 guys look, they say they don't have a record. I wait 30 minutes for them to even pull the car in to the garage. After 30 more minutes (1 hour total), the guy behind the desk hands me the keys and says "you're all set," even though they didn't do anything. He then comes outside and continues to try to convince me one of the old tires is a new one. I then ask for his tire gauge and he starts to measure himself. I ask him if I can measure and see new tire is 8/64". When moving over to the other side he says, "can I have that back?". I tell him I want to measure the other side, and I see the tread is 7/64". He then tries to tell me about the variation in tire manufacturing. Fed up, I call the Mavis customer service again and they say they can try the regional manager again, the same guy who didn't do anything for me. She then tells me he's unavailable but she can put in a message for him to call me back. How is that going to help? I ask to speak to her supervisor as I decide I just have to leave the store because I don't have all day to be dealing with this. The supervisor tells me she will call the store. After being put on hold for awhile, I get disconnected. She calls me back and says they will replace 1 tire "because I am not happy" and I explain that I don't even know which tire was the bad one at this point because they moved everything around. She then tells me, "they have a record of the DOT #s." Really, I was at the store for 75 minutes because they said they didn't have this record! I tell her I want to see the record they have of the DOT #s from the 4 tires I had put on there in 2024 and the "2" I just had put on before I come back. I want to see if I can figure out which tire was losing air due to its original installation She says "we can't do that. We can't give you that information." At this point, it has become not worth it to go any further. I don't want to spend another second in this place or talking to the people. I just have to accept I spent $460 for 1 tire. I think it is very likely one of my 3 old tires will lose pressure again, and I will just go to a different tire store when that happens.

I brought in my car to Mavis Tires & Breaks as it was making noise when turning the steering wheel. Joe went out of his way to put the car on a lift, show me exactly which parts were causing the noise, and explained what could be done to resolve the issue. It’s hard to find mechanics who will go the extra mile for you like that. Joe and his crew replaced the wheel bearings and ball joints on my vehicle and did a great job. Top notch service I would highly recommend them!

Price was approximately 30 dollars more than expected so I asked what was done. The guy broke it down and said full synthetic oil and said price and then said tire rotation and said that was 20 dollars. Told them they have always advertised that tire rotation was included in price of oil change. He told me thats only if you purchase your tires there. I told him its never been that way. I then show him their own site that says its included. He then said I didnt tell them about that deal before I had car serviced. Then I receive the copy of the bill and right on top highlighted it says FREE COMPLIMENTARY SERVICES. TIRE ROTATION, LUG NUT INSPECTION, BATTERY TEST AND BRAKE INSPECTION. He then said he could take 15 off as if it was a favor, not as a sorry for charging you. I told him to keep the money. Would not recommend going there. Can only imagine how many people they up charge.

Never been here before but took my car here to get it looked at. I thought the tire was leaking. Turns out it was and I left my car there to be fixed. I asked the employee to call first before doing anything extra and he said it would be about 1 hour. No one ever called me and I called myself 5 hours later. Go and get my car, the employee charged me over $150 to replace a tire sensor and re-calibrate it and patch the hole in the tire. It’s usually $30 to patch a tire. I was very upset and the employee decides to give me $10 because of the “inconvenience” and asks me to write a review. Well, here is the review. To make matters worse, the car still was not working. I called the next day to get a refund and the manager insisted he will fix it properly. I bring my car back in and the manager said the technician from yesterday never even fixed or installed a new sensor, despite charging me for it. Writing this review so others beware!! Unfortunately I had to bring my car elsewhere to get it fixed when it should has been a simple fix. The employees were also swearing at each other and unprofessional.

I visited this Mavis location on for a flat tire. My experience was extremely poor due to a significant lack of transparency and unauthorized charges, unacceptable service execution.. (1) Service & Communication Failures: Excessive Wait Time & No Communication: I was told the service would take 2 hour. I waited in the lobby for 2 hour and 20 minutes without any notification. I had to approach the desk myself to ask if it was finished, only to be told it was done. Missing Old Tire & Personal Item: The staff failed to return my flat tire (which I had specified to keep and was noted on the receipt) until I came back and asked for it. They also left a personal beanie on my driver's seat after the work was completed. (2) Billing & Transparency Issues: The staff recommended two front Michelin Defender 2 tires, mentioning a promotion with an $80.00 instant rebate. I made the purchase based on this savings, only to find out after the service that the rebate only applied to a set of four tires—a crucial detail that was never disclosed. Incorrect Recycling Fee: Despite taking my flat tire back with me (as noted on the receipt), I was still charged a tire recycling fee. Furthermore, a warranty item (WARRANTY BY TREAD DEPTH - $71.98) was added to my final bill without my knowledge, consent, or any explanation before the service began. I also discovered Mavis offered a $35 Wheel Alignment promotion at the time, which was never offered to me. When I returned to the store later to address the missing promotion and cancel the unauthorized warranty, both requests were denied. This resulted in $106.98 in unexpected or denied savings/refunds due to misleading information and unauthorized charges. I have since emailed customer service with no response. I advise potential customers to demand a detailed, written quote before any service starts and to check their bill carefully for hidden fees like the warranty. Do not recommend due to non-transparent practices and poor follow-up.
