I watched her removing my air cleaner cover with like a 18" crank type screwdriver thing. The top was hitting the paint on the side of my hood. 2nd. I watched a kinda short person reaching all over my engine bay leaning against the fenders and front end with there belt on. 3rd. I made a statement wow that took a while to get the oil in. Not a complaint just statement. He wanted to show me how cadillac had a poor design and took me to car to show me. What i saw was oil on top of my engine and running down the side. Oil and smudges all over front of my new car. I said thats awful he said he would clean it. Well he didnt. At this point I figured I would make mention of the belt. He said it might have looked like she was meaning against it but wasn't. Man I watched it. I had washed the car across the street right before and there were her smudges everywhere. Do better.
