  wonderful people inside, really kind. they are very honest with the work they’re doing and explained everything to me piece by piece (especially since i don’t know much about cars). they’re very careful and so lovely to all the customers that have passed through. i’ve heard their recommendations for everyone and it’s been nothing but helpful. thank you to Elara & Pat!

  I’ve been coming to this Jiffy Lube location for about six years and have always had smooth, straightforward experiences, until today. I came in to check whether my oil change was needed since it has been about six months but I’m still roughly 3,000 miles under. The interaction with the employee outside (Diego) felt unnecessarily tense from the start when I asked clarifying questions. I was told I could not drive my car in or remain inside due to a “new company policy.” The employee also mentioned the location is under new franchise/ownership and that policies have changed. That may be true, but the policy itself wasn’t the main issue. It was the tone and the way the conversation escalated. The explanation was delivered defensively rather than professionally, which made the situation uncomfortable and confusing. After I decided to leave, another car entered behind me and it wasn’t practical to back out, so I was waved through the garage just to exit. Once inside, I was then told to pop the hood and proceed with service, at which point I declined. By then, the experience had already left a bad impression. I’m not trying to get anyone in trouble, but this interaction cost them a loyal customer. If policies have changed, that’s fine, but they should be communicated calmly and consistently. The whole appeal of a drive-in oil change place is convenience and ease, and that was completely missing here today.

  I had a great experience at this Jiffy Lube thanks to Jacob. A chunk of ice fell off a truck and got underneath my car, loosening the scraper guard. All it needed was a simple washer, but I was far from home and worried it might turn into a bigger problem. Jacob took the time to help me out right away and fixed it quickly and kindly. He didn’t make it a big deal, just genuinely wanted to help. That kind of service really stands out. I was very grateful and couldn’t be happier with how I was treated. I highly recommend this location because of the kindness and professionalism I experienced here.
