  I purchased a new battery from this AutoZone location and had it installed there. After driving off, my car was running fine. However, shortly after when I stopped to run an errand, my car would not start again. I called the store immediately and felt the response lacked urgency or care. I was told, “Hmm, interesting, maybe it’s your starter.” After explaining that it was not the starter, they then suggested it might be the connections. Luckily, a stranger nearby had tools and offered to help. We discovered that one of the battery bolts had barely been screwed on. This was extremely frustrating, especially after spending $200 on a new battery with installation included. I appreciate that installation is advertised as a complimentary service, but it should still be done properly and safely. Being stranded due to an incomplete installation was stressful and avoidable. I do want to note that the employee who helped with the installation was friendly and kind, which I appreciated. However, the lack of care over the phone and the oversight in installation were disappointing. Overall, this was a stressful experience that could have been prevented with more attention to detail.

  I visited last week due to issues with my battery, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received. Anthony was incredibly helpful, he went above and beyond to navigate computer system/warrant issue and assist me with my battery. Despite the freezing weather, he was outside troubleshooting and ensuring everything was taken care of. I can't remember the last time I experienced such outstanding customer service! Thank you Anthony!

  When to this store 1/7/26 at 3:15 to purchase a flex tire for a tire emergency, the shelf had a sale sticker for $10.00 or so and normally they go for $14.00, when the ring up the product I was charged the regular price and not the sale Price I was told sale was already expired, why don’t you honor the sale price if it was they fault, but they know how to make money ,but don’t like to make a customer happy , I wonder why the parking lot is empty just saying, if it wasn’t because I need the product next time I go somewhere else

  Super helpful! The gentleman who helped me, too the time to look through multiple new bins from a shipment they just got to find the wiper blades I needed. Then installed them for me and threw away all the trash. Great customer service!

  The staff members are so helpful. They took the time to help with the windshield wipers and replaced it despite the cold winter weather.
