  I have been taking our cars here for several years. I have always had a pleasant and honest experience. They don't pressure you and they tell you like it is. Cars are tricky, but rest assured they want to help and not tax you for unnecessary services. Customer service has always been great. Today, Lauren spent a lot of time breaking down the services and my options. Hats off to Melvin's of Seekonk.

  Jake and Scott were super helpful. I was in a bind and needed to address a tire issue ahead of a trip. They presented several options, answered all of my questions and assisted in choosing something that worked for my vehicle in a price range that worked for me. The work was done well and quickly and I was on my way. Can’t express how much I appreciated it.

  I took my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee here for a front-end check. Levin and the team are incredibly nice and clearly know their stuff. They were transparent throughout the entire process and spent an hour performing a thorough inspection without even charging me. I don’t usually leave reviews, but they earned it. I’ll definitely be back if I have any issues in the future.

  This was literally the best experience of my life in regards to a repair for my car. My tire suddenly went flat. I called AAA. And because it was the day before the Super Bowl and I had plans, I was desperate to get things done quickly. AAA recommended Melvin‘s. So I called them up and they got me in immediately. I had apparently ran over a very sharp metal object that punctured my tire. AAA said that Melvin’s should be able to fix it. But when I got there, they stated that they could not and that the gouge was too deep. But an amazing gentleman named Tom, who is a veteran in what he does, was able to fix it. And it was so fun because Jake and Levi kept giving me the play-by-play as to whether or not it was going to be able to be fixed or I would have to buy a brand new tire. And I had just purchased four brand new tires a few months prior from another place. So I was definitely distraught. But Jake and Levi were so comforting and it made the entire experience extremely positive for me. I highly recommend Melvin’s to anyone in the area.

  I have been here multiple times, and have always received great service. Today however, I’m writing a special review. It’s SuperBowl Sunday, and a day I’m sure many guys don’t love being at work. In my case I called Melvin’s because my wife’s Jeep has two nails in her tire, not one but two. I have a full size spare and a jack to swap out in my driveway but figured it’s worth it to not be outside in 2 degrees. Jake answered my call and said they could take care of it no problem at a reasonable cost. But while I sat in the waiting room, an older Honda CRV pulled up outside the glass entry and parked. An older woman with a walker and wearing a mask slowly started making her way around the front toward the door. Jake saw this happening and went outside proactively to hold the door for her and welcome her to the business. She told him all about the trouble she’s been having with her radio programming her clock and her music, and that she’s been getting service here for 20 years. He patiently smiled, and got help for her getting everything squared away, assuring her they were happy to help. I don’t even own this business, and I was delighted by the customer service I just witnessed. I’m hoping that by sharing it here, management will find out about it, which otherwise, would likely have gone unnoticed. I thought it was worth sharing. Awesome work Jake! I’ll be back, and I’m sure she will too.
