Pete was very helpful explaining some things to me. He stayed courteous and calm when many people started checking in and the place became busy. Highly recommend.

Local manager claims he doesn't have the power to help me, no response from website nor calls to the regional manager. They refuse to even honor the tire company's warranty. Brought my car in for new tires, and they could never get it to drive right afterwards. Eventually, after many return visits, I had to go someplace else to have it fixed, where they found the problem was the tires themselves. Melvin's won't refund me for the defective tires or even recognize Hankook's warranty. Now my options are to go straight to Hankook or my credit card company. - While I was at the store for the many visits and many hours in the waiting room, I heard other customers having very bad experiences as well. A young lady was crying because each time she brought her car there, she left with more issues than she had before. A man was being denied the price-matching tire deal that was advertised. Another man was having trouble returning defective tires. - They told me that they test drove my car and that it was fine, but it wasn't fine and my dashcam showed that the tech just drove it literally next door to get coffee and then returned, never getting over 20 miles per hour. - I dropped my car off one day and they promised the work would be done, but when I picked it up nothing had been done because "multiple techs walked off the job". Yikes. This place used to be great, and I had recommended it to others, including my father, who became a customer. Since Mavis bought them a few years ago, it has done a 180. If you value your car, your time, or your money, don't go here.

I walked in about 3:00pm No APPOINTMENT, I asked the Guy working the Counter (Pete) Ya think You can Squeeze Me in for an Oil Change, I'm Thinkin No Way! But Pete got Me in, He had his Service Tech (Frank) do it, Unbelievable Tech! Best Service Hands Down! He does the Oil change, Calls Me out and Personally let's Me know that I'm gonna need Brakes Soon, That I knew, AND! Shows Me My back Tire, The Belts were coming through, I'd have been Lucky to make it Home without a Blowout, He lets Me Dig out My Spare, Puts it on and Even Took the Bad tire Off the Rim for Me. BEST SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER! Big Ups to (Pete & Frank) they took care of Me NO APPOINTMENT! At a Great Price, Thanks Guys! I won't go anywhere else now. 5 STARS!
