My gut feeling was instantly validated because the owner, Julio, was honest enough to tell me the truth: my brakes were in good shape! That foundational honesty immediately earned my trust and solidified my decision to use their services exclusively. Since then, they have consistently proven their expertise. When my car developed a worrisome burning plastic smell from the engine, the issue was quickly identified, brought to my attention, and immediately rectified at a more than fair price. We decided to schedule a pre purchase inspection from another business we weren’t familiar with. Randomly I called J&S and spoke to Julio. He stuck to his word (I know right) and met us in a Saturday just before he closed. He and another employee went through the entire truck, checked car fax, vin, price suggestions and even gave professional advise on maintaining it. After spending an hour with us Julio refused the fee he had quoted for the inspection. Reminded me of the value of a local business 🇺🇸🙏♥️
