I always pay my security deposit upfront and have NEVER had a single issue with my payments or cards. But the second I walk into this location, it’s clear that they couldn’t give a damn about me because I’m young. The staff here is ridiculously rude and treats you like you’re an inconvenience just for showing up. Let’s talk about the blatant favoritism: They save the good cars (like the luxury and sports models) for their family and friends. I was literally told I couldn’t get the Dodge Charger GT I reserved because they “had to take care of another reservation first,” even though the car was sitting RIGHT THERE. Meanwhile, I was already in an Enterprise vehicle. That’s insane. Every other Enterprise I’ve dealt with has been quick, professional, and respectful. Not this place. They don’t care about your time, your reservation, or anything. They’ll push you out the door in 2 minutes without hesitation. I’m beyond pissed off and will definitely be reaching out to corporate. This location is trash, and if you don’t want to be treated like garbage, go somewhere else. If you want great service, head over to the Cranston Atwood Avenue location and ask for Bobby—he is amazing and actually knows how to treat customers with respect.
