  SCAMERS !!!! The manager threaten me with court and cops I went to Sullivan Tire in Saugus to get my tires changed, and we agreed on $130 per tire. After the service, when I went to pay, I noticed extra fees for balancing and alignment that were never mentioned. The manager claimed that everywhere in the world, all shops charge for these services, which is simply not true. In my experience, no other shop has forced these charges without prior agreement. When I refused to pay, the manager threatened me, saying I’d be in big trouble if the cops came, as if we lived in a third-world country. Ultimately, the cops arrived, and I paid only for what was agreed upon, which was just the tires. It’s unacceptable to scam customers by adding hidden fees and, even worse, to call the cops on them. I can only imagine how many times they’ve done this to vulnerable customers who aren’t aware of their rights. I will never return to this place.

  I went in for a nail in my tire and they replaced all of my perfectly working tires with shitty off brand tires and kept my good ones. SCAMMERS! DONT GO! COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE !!

  I had my car towed to Sullivan Tire 829 Broadway Saugus on 6-19-25 due to a broken belt. At first I was told the car would need a new water pump and belt tensioner. The cost for that plus refilling the coolant was 1144.06, I was reassured by Geno at sullivan tire that the issue was the water pump and the reason my car had over heated was because it went bad and that spending the 1144.06 would fix the issue with the overheating and belt. I went ahead and paid the money thinking my car was fixed. I have attached the receipt showing all of the charges that were unnecessary. Two weeks after having my car "repaired" by sullivan tire paying the 1107$ the date now is now 7-10-25 and my car is once again over heating. I called sullivan tire back because it was making the exact same noise as before when the belt snapped. They said bring it in on 7-14-25 so I dropped it on 7-15-25 at 8:00 am. I got called at 3pm saying that the radiator was bad and it would be another 1250$ to repair and if I didnt pay the 1250$ they would charge me a 200$ diagnostic fee and put the vehicle back together. The mechanics and management at this location are not mechanics they are people posing as mechanic marking up parts and charging you for something they had supposedly had already fixed. Im disgusted with how I was treated after spending 1150$ then getting charged another 200$ when they told me the car was fixed. I looked underneath the hood today and realized the incompetence of the mechanic, who did a "diagnostic" yesterday and half of the bolts holding in my air intake and clips on the car are now missing. Beware to anyone that goes here for automotive service they take your money and fix things that arent even the problem. I will be contacting the better business bureau about this local branch. Now I have spent 1450$ at sullivan tire and my car is still overheating just as it did when I originally brought it in. Geno the manager did nothing to help the situation and only made it worse by guaranteeing work and then going back on his word. This is the type of establishment real mechanics warn people to stay away from. I am hoping that corporate reaches out to resolve this issue.

  DO NOT RECOMMEND. AVOID. Last Saturday it was pouring rain, had a small tear in my tire (irreparable). Went to Sullivan (because they were my only hope) and they didn't help at all. They refused to attempt to repair the tire and did NOT have 2024 honda civic tires on site. At that point they offered to change my tire to a spare for $38 and said it wasn't allowed that I personally do it on site. Then said they would "give me air" acting as though my tire would magically stay inflated on my ride home. I basically rolled my care to the next lot and did my own tire exchange to the spare and will never return again. Rude and not helpful during a time of need. There's no point in having a tire shop if someone has a flat and you can't help them at all.

  I Always take my car to Sullivan Tire! Their Customer Service is unmatched! They are Quick, Reliable, Efficient, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a company that goes above and beyond to make their customers happy. I would especially like to acknowledge Geno Lane. He was kind, knowledgeable and helpful and made sure my appointment went smoothly. Such a Great Team and Location!
