Jordan kept in communication with me from the beginning of my service to the very end when I walked out to my car. I would recommend this place to everybody for car repairs, tire sales and more. Called for a 9:00 appointment, showed up to the doors locked and the lights off, turns out the manager was running late, and failed to notify me. Dropped it off when they finally opened hours later, and was told someone would call me within 40 minutes with their diagnosis & recommendations, never got a call, so called myself and was told it was still being worked on and would get a call, when I got that call they reassured me it could and would be done before the end of the working day, when 4:30 rolled around & still no phone call I called and was told it was almost finished and to head that way, when we arrived at 4:55, lights were off and doors were locked. To say I’m absolutely disgusted with there lack of communication and professional is an understatement. Had to get a rental for the day because they held my car overnight. 0/10 DO NOT recommend, drive the distance and go to Everett or Woburn.
