  The AutoZone in Saugus is an outstanding place to go and get Auto Parts. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and informative. The general manager took the time to step outside of the store assess the situation with my lights. He went as far as help me pick the bulbs that were right for my vehicle and help install them quickly. I will most definitely come back here and highly recommend you get your Auto Parts at this store...

  I want to recognize Amas/Anas (I can't remember how it is was spelled, sorry) at AutoZone for providing excellent customer service. He was professional, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout my visits. He took the time to clearly explain things and break them down in a way that was easy to understand, which I really appreciated. I visited the store on two separate occasions, and both experiences were great. The first time, Amas/Anas helped me replace my battery and even walked me through the process step by step so I could learn how to do it myself. On another visit, he helped me choose the best brand for an alternator and was very transparent about the options available. He also shared helpful tips, friendly reminders, and pointed out parts for maintenance that I should be prepared to check on soon. It’s refreshing to interact with someone who is knowledgeable, honest, and willing to go the extra mile to help customers feel confident about their vehicle. Great service overall and this will definitely be the AutoZone I will visit every time I need something regarding my vehicle.
