    I always recommend sullivan tire in sandwich, they are super friendly, accommodating, and reasonable priced. The only place I take my car to for any issues not just tires. Thank you to the team in Sandwich !

    I made an appointment last week and thought it was weird that the employee never asked what I was driving or for a plate or anything. I assumed he'd seen me drive in, or leave? 🤷‍♂️ Anyway, two days later on my "appointment" day, I left my car all day and it was never seen because the guy never told me there was a key drop box. So I rescheduled my appointment for a week later where I wanted: 1) oil change, 2) tire rotation, 3) diagnose check engine light. After 7 hours I paid $200 for a "diagnosis" but no oil or rotation because they "no one noticed" that I'd clearly checked them both on the key drop envelope, which the desk dude had IN HAND. (Note: I've had oil changes with tire rotations done at Jiffy Lube locations in thirty minutes.) I was ready to be a regular customer because the Sandwich location is convenient to my job and I've had positive experience with the Fairhaven store. Maybe they're overloaded, maybe the office needs help, maybe training is a factor, maybe whoknows, but I literally tried a to be a customer TWICE and... fool me twice, I'll never be back.

    One of the main reasons I use Sullivan in Sandwich was due to the manager Joe. He is no longer there and the service at the front desk is not the same.
