He was knowledgeable, not pushy at all, and took the time to walk me through it. The whole experience was quick, easy, and really pleasant. I’ll definitely be back.

Had it towed to my mechanic who was closed and i went to look. The plastic cover on the bottom of the car had no screws in it and i dont know how it was still on the car. Valvoline was still open and said theyd get it fixed. After they put it back together, i inspected and noticed they didnt put the pieces together correctly and asked them to redo it and was told no. Was also given no refund for my troubles.

The technician got visibly upset because I declined the extra services, and he started making rude and disrespectful comments. even calling me a “cheap person.” He assumed I didn’t speak English, but I understood everything he said. It was humiliating and completely unprofessional. After that, he rushed through the oil change so fast that he didn’t give me any paperwork or receipt. He said he would email it, but I never received anything . and I didn’t even get his name because of how quickly he ended the service. The whole experience felt rude and racially insensitive. No customer should ever be treated that way. Valvoline really needs to train their employees to treat everyone with respect and professionalism.
