I was helped first but another customer who arrived after me received their items before I did, which made the wait unnecessarily long. I only asked for brake parts but was pushed toward a bundle I didn’t request. The overall experience felt unorganized and not very welcoming. Again I understand Spanish but still felt uncomfortable do better

Out of all my years my family has gone to Autozone I haven’t met someone like him and even better he is close-by!
