They do not know how to speak kindly to people just asking questions. The worker did not want to answer my question and I kept asking because his answer was confusing me. However, he quickly raised his voice and hung up the phone call. Will never be calling or going back to that Autozone.

- HPHector PJul 16, 20251.0This auto zone needs better communication better service and better training especially the manager he suck as a manager i won't even give this store a one star if I didn't have to give one to post this and I even called the district office and they said they was gonna call me back so they can help me cause I ordered a part which they said it was coming a certain date never came and called the district and they said they would give me a call when it gets there and give a discount for inconvenience tell me not he said he would call me back and he never did so I decided to stop shopping in auto zone and go to advance auto which they are way better in all aspects disappointed
