When I got there they said it was 9 99 to put air in one tire. Air is free to breath air why would I pay 9.99. And they didn't care they said that's our policy. I didn't get my tire pumped. Not good customer service

Also, the last time I came as another customer was backing out after his oil change, his car started to catch on fire and they put it out. 👀

I never feel pressured to buy more than I came for and I always leave feeling like the experience was well worth it. They always give me the best oil change for my vehicle and I never have to get out of the ear. I am showed my oil before and after to ensure I am getting what I paid for. They keep it simple and very professional.

I also was able to get there just as they opened so it was quite easy to just pull in and not have to wait for a while, which can be frustrating. However, I am completely happy and even if there had been a wait it would have been worth it to visit this Valvoline.
