  Date: Dec 19, 2025 (~12:45 PM) I had a disappointing experience at this location when buying a new car battery. I specifically asked whether surrendering my original OEM battery would offset the core charge and was told no, which later turned out to be incorrect. As a result, I paid the core charge unnecessarily at the time of purchase. I also asked whether my existing battery could be tested and was told the employee did not have time and would only install the new battery. While stores can be busy, this response felt dismissive and inconsistent with AutoZone’s advertised free battery testing service. This wasn’t about the money, but about accuracy and transparency. I hope management provides additional training so future customers aren’t given incorrect information.

  The front desk lady with blond hair dye. Shes on facetime with airpods on barely acknowledging customers. Whoever is in charge of this place should be ashamed. Clearly they don't care. wouldn't recommend any service here.
