Paul called me to let me know while it’s not an immediate need, my rear brake pads were getting low. He provided me with what the cost would be to replace them and their current depth. I really appreciated Paul giving me the information without an aggressive sales pitch to upsell the pads. Being able to trust the people working with your car is a really big deal nowadays and the way Paul approached providing the information made me feel very comfortable with bringing any future business back to the branch. Paul and the rest of the team over at the Rockland branch made what can be a major headache an easy and seamless experience. I’ll definitely be recommending the branch to others in the future and it will be my first option for my own needs in the future.
