I just started three months ago. I’ve been coming to Valvoline for over 20 years now and not once have I ever been charged or had that issue it was completely rude and offputting in a completely waste of my time driving there. I would go to ANY other location. Despicable!

- T5Tinman 5432Dec 15, 20251.0Me and my husband went this last Saturday to get his oil change done in his truck they mentioned that the coolant was completely frozen and wanted us to fix it for an extra $100 also said that they would flush the radiator that had nothing to do with the coolant. We then went to our mechanic that’s a family friend and they saw nothing wrong with the coolant and that everything was fine. So needless to say that valvoline likes to charge more on their customers and lie about issues that aren’t truly there. Would not recommend and hope that upper management talks to their staff about this issue and maybe train their staff on what’s wrong and right. Will never go again.

Saw Ryan and Miguel today for a question on a gage and they could not have been nicer. No charge and I was on my way. I'm grateful to have such a great team of folks available when I need them.
