My car died on me as I was driving into my apartment’s garage. I had to have it towed nearby where I could get the battery changed. It was 6pm in the evening and Julio, the store manager, was extremely helpful. A time where we all want to go home and unwind, he stepped up and made sure my battery was changed correctly and even ran the testing on my engine, finding that I also had an issue with my alternator. He connected me with a mechanic in the area for a great price who was able to change my alternator the next morning. I highly recommend coming to this AutoZone location for your auto needs, they will take great care of you!

Its really bad experience
I'm still waiting for more than 15 minutes when I ask the manager julio it seems egnore me with bad attitude intel now I'm still waiting
Again when I ask him he said the guy is outside very nice customer service from manger

Mister Kelley's the best.He told me what to do to my generator.\nAnd you'll see a car part , but he knew what the tele me to do with my generator and I appreciate so much appreciate you mister kelly

The manager Julio is so kind and helpful and he made my day! Not only did he help me test my battery, alternator and starter, he went above and beyond to get a new battery in my car and even helped me follow up on the warranty so I didn’t have to spend an arm and a leg to get my car running again. I’ve honestly never had anyone in any customer service role be this helpful. Thank you Julio!!
