It was 6pm in the evening and Julio, the store manager, was extremely helpful. A time where we all want to go home and unwind, he stepped up and made sure my battery was changed correctly and even ran the testing on my engine, finding that I also had an issue with my alternator. He connected me with a mechanic in the area for a great price who was able to change my alternator the next morning. I highly recommend coming to this AutoZone location for your auto needs, they will take great care of you!
