- SSSamuel SuarezDec 13, 20251.0Un pésimo servicio al cliente, fui a comprar un simple bombillo para mi carro, y le dije al vendedor que necesitaba un bombillo blanco o azul, lo cambié yo mismo en frente de la tienda y me dio uno amarillo, cuando quise ir a cambiarlo inmediatamente el vendedor me dice que no me lo cambia porque no ha razón y porque el bombillo es del color que le pedí, y de la única manera que me hizo la devolución fue enseñándole que me vendió el equivocado, que mala persona para tener servicio al cliente, nunca más vuelvo a comprar en este lugar.

I bought a coil for $80 . took it to my mechanic he never used it ,When returned to advanced auto part Revere Melissa open it and started looking for reasons to not return it. I explained that I was present with the mechanic but She got very loud and rude. I left the revere location and went to another advanced auto part all they did was to ask me if it was used or not, then they took the part and gave me my money. The problem wasn’t the part , it was rude and unprofessional Melissa who discriminates against her customers and treat them like scammers. My mechanic advised me to use AutoZone revere better service. Train your employees especially Melissa!

Wasted time talking to his buddy vs changing my battery. Don’t ever go here. The guy who was working at 12:30pm on 8/31 royally sucked at his job.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward.
