I opted to get my transmission fluid replaced but the only person who could do it was on break, when I changed my mind, they ignored me and continued to talk amongst themselves. The service guy talked negatively about his boss and when his boss asks about sales that day, he’ll tell him this is why, he was so unprofessional. A couple weeks later my car overheated. They didn’t mention any of my fluids were low, especially that they were near empty. When I called to mention this, they said they would offer to top the coolant off at a cost. (Which I would have paid for if I was told that the fluids were low to begin with but they never mentioned it), this is unacceptable and unprofessional. They were rude, lazy and don’t deserve your business.
