  My wife and I went back to Aiden again because our beautiful Rav 4 Hybrid that Aiden helped us secure was totaled. Rav 4's are at higher rates right now, due to the revamp in only hybrids. They is only used available with not much in savings. So Aiden showed us the differences with Corolla Cross. "Baby Rav" We now have a reliable new vehicle similar to our beloved Rav. Our daughter can travel safely now. Aiden made the process as quick and painless as possible. As long as he's at Route 44 Toyota we will be long term customers!

  I recently visited Toyota in search of a newer, more practical vehicle for my family and me. Although my credit is not perfect due to medical debt, Aiden was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and understanding throughout the entire process. He took the time to walk us through all of our options, explained everything clearly, and worked diligently to ensure I was comfortable with the monthly payment. The team also went above and beyond by taking care of a few minor paint chips and a small dent in the trunk, which was truly appreciated. Everyone we worked with was kind, professional, and made sure we fully understood every step along the way. I highly recommend this dealership, and if you’re in the market for a new vehicle, I strongly suggest asking for Aiden.

  The parts department was FANTASTIC!!! I have bought three cars from Toyota. I was told one day it was free oil change I just have to pay for the sticker (mass sticker inspection) get there, it the case… I get things happen but not vey nice about it when I asked about “it just it is what it is” your toyata care expired. I’m like okay fine. Took a long time the more than what was quated for the oil change. He was not. I’ve and didn’t offer anything. I get things have but as someone who bought THREE cars from the dealership and never once used my Toyota care they could have given me one free oil change. Even if not he was not nice and unsympathetic. And the girl at the reception was worse. I will not be going back

  I had such a great experience with Route 44 Toyotas service department, especially after a really frustrating situation with another dealership. My car was having a recurring issue that had previously been misdiagnosed at Imperial Toyota of Milford (where I originally bought the car) and I was honestly very stressed about the whole situation. I went to route 44 Toyota for a second opinion and from the moment I came here, the team took everything seriously and worked closely with Toyota to properly diagnose and fix the problem. Ashley, in particular, was absolutely incredible. She kept me updated every step of the way, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt supported throughout the entire process. Car issues give me a lot of anxiety, so her communication and reassurance truly meant a lot to me. They provided me with a loaner vehicle, handled everything professionally, and made what could have been a very overwhelming experience so much easier. I’m so grateful for the level of care and attention I received here. Highly recommend Route 44 Toyota—especially if you have Ashley helping you! She really went above and beyond!!!!

  My brother purchased a car and was deceived by signing papers without proper breakdown or explanations. He was told that the used 2019 Rav 4 LE Toyota was $17,000 with no downpayment. James Lanczyzki, took $2000 from my brother's Toyota credit card for a downpayment without my brother's consent. He was also told that the interest for the loan would be 11%. He also added the following gaps, app pro coating fee for$1500, toyota mechanics $2915 & another gap for $950 without explanation before signing. The interest for the loan ended up at 16% instead of what he was told. Today my brother requested for all the gaps to be removed immediately and James said it will take 3 billing cycles. Not only was James not professional but he was arrogant and ignorant. My brother asked to take home some paperwork that he had printed and he refused to give them to him and said that he printed those for himself and proceeded to throw them in the trash. You should absolutely not do business here. They will rob you! My brother will never come back.
