  On our first visit to Mastria for rim service, we were greeted by a pleasant young man. Scott C, who was attentive and friendly giving us the service timeline and ensured he had the correct contact information. Today, we picked up my Cadillac which was sparkling clean with a beautiful rim! He joined us as we inspected our new rim where he shared great oil change pricing for both of our vehicles! We will definitely be going back!!

  Mr. Wilhem Toussaint is a great salesman. When we pulled up today there was an ignorant impatient customer yelling about how they wanted their car now and didn’t want a detail and being extremely disrespectful, he handled that situation with grace, and continued to help my husband and I out immediately afterwards with the best positive attitude although he was just talked down to by some greedy people. Highly recommend buying a car with Wilhem!

  Scott G in the service area is phenomenal. Very professional, keeps you updated with what’s going on with your car. Goes over pricing with you. Was a great experience dealing with him. Then the mechanic Scott took great care with my car. Definitely knows his stuff when it comes to cars. Took a video to show me what he found that needed replacing. Car runs beautifully now. Very pleased with them.

  Hi, my wife and I recently visited Mastria GMC in Raynham and purchased an awesome 2024 Acadia. We couldn't be happier with the experience and the purchase. I phoned Mastria GMC in the morning and spoke with Kimberly first to confirm the two SUV's we were interested in were still available. Kimberly confirmed they were available, and we made an appointment for 12 noon same day. We were greeted upon arrival by Sales Manager Josh Joseph. The dealership was busy, however Josh made a point to say hello and he'd would be with us shortly. We took test drives in several Acadia's and all were superb. My wife fell in love with the White AT4 so that was the one. Josh made the process so easy, no pressure and honored a price I had seen online as well as coming up on our trade in. Then, we met with sales Mike Dave who was equally friendly, personable, and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We came back on Monday to settle the financing with Jerry Chan who made the numbers work where we were comfortable. Again, Jerry answered all of our questions on warranties, coverage, and presented several coverages that we went over. Again, no pressure on the financing end. Overall, Alison and I were so impressed with the team at Mastria GMC, they made us feel welcome and really took great care of us during our visits. I would highly recommend Mastria in Raynham to family, friends and anyone in the market for new or pre-owned vehicle. Very good experience! Thank you, Rick and Alison

  I recently had an outstanding experience at this dealership and I can’t say enough good things about the team there. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine friendliness & professionalism that immediately put me at ease. A special thank you to Jonathan Borges, the sales manager, who truly went above and beyond to make the experience exceptional. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. His professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction really stood out and made a lasting impression. I also want to recognize my sales consultant, Kerry Parkos was fantastic to work with. Kerry was patient, attentive, and never once made me feel pressured. He took the time to answer all of my questions clearly and honestly, and really made sure I was comfortable and confident every step of the way. What really stood out was how dedicated the team was to making sure I drove away happy. They took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and worked hard to find the perfect fit for my needs and budget. The entire experience felt smooth, transparent, and stress-free. It’s rare to find a dealership that combines professionalism with such a personal touch, but Mastria GMC truly delivers.
