- LMLorenzo MarshallApr 16, 20262.0I’ve had the pleasure or displeasure of using this location on numerous occasions. My experience has varied from very good to outright horrific. I will tell you my largest complaint about this location. Is that regardless of how far out you reserve your vehicle there’s a chance that they will give it away to someone else and then try and place you into a Chevy Malibu or a downgraded version of whatever you reserved. This is now happened to me on numerous occasions and quite frankly it is extremely frustrating from a customer standpoint. If the vehicles are not available, do not make them available to reserve online or in your application - And if a customer reserves a specific vehicle type a month in advance, please do not give that customer’s car to someone else. I’ve had better luck at other locations, such as New Bedford and Fall River - However, this is the closest location to my home. I would like to shout out Jose, whom was able to assist me after I showed up in my requested vehicle type was not available.

The car smelled like weed and had burn holes in the seat, the wipers were borderline useless and the front rotors were warped causing heavy vibrations getting off the highway. I was told I didnt need my ezpass transponder, their "program" will take care of tolls. They failed to mention that for my $9.75 in tolls, there was a $9.80 service fee. They charge more than the tolls! Reading reviews of Enterprise this is just how they operate. Always some scheme or scam to get more money out of you and always after you've left. Luckily I dont have to rent much, but if I do it definitely won't be with Enterprise.
