  Safelite themselves were great. It’s the insurance that could have been better. It all worked out though. The work around the rubber parts of the glass/truck could either be handled better or told chunks will be taken out. Otherwise it was done fast and so far it’s still standing

  The last time I used them they put my windshield wipers back on wrong and I had to go back. This time I used them they put my windshield wipers on wrong again…meaning one blade was going off the windshield and the other wasn’t returning to the bottom position. They also left my “FACTORY INSTALLED TOYOTA FRONT CAMERA” dangling from the wires. They ALSO put a GOUGE in my dashboard. It’s a brand new car!!!

  Went in for simple glass change left with 2 lights on my dash being told it “wasn’t their problem because it’s my vehicle that is altered”. However being told they have done other lifted vehicles and never having an issue all of a sudden they couldn’t do mine, while also being told by Branden well you’re probably right we shouldn’t have touched it. Honestly got a major feeling they just wanted to go home since my appointment was 3:00 and they didn't call me till after 6:00 showed up about 20 min after call they were all sitting and standing around with their jackets on ready to go. Zero communication thru out entire process. Showed up for appointment and no one was at the desk, dropped it off to someone who finally walked by the door got no info besides we’ll call you. No call for over 3 hours than Branden calls saying they ran into an issue and couldn’t shut the lights off on my dash for the camera due to having a lift and I would need to sign a waver because it had nothing to do with them and they were not responsible and also had nothing to do with the fact of me having to go somewhere else and pay someone else to fix the issue they caused. Showed up to pick up my jeep and still zero communication. Walked in and stated I was here to pick up the wrangler which he said oh the one with alterations he said I should just be understanding even tho I work 6 days a week and would have preferred they didn’t replace the glass at all called me and I would have went to the dealership since I don’t have many free days where I’m also able to have someone else give me a ride. Walked out to see tape on the window and had to go back in to ask when it would be ok to remove it cause again no communication Overall very unsatisfied, highly recommend some communication training for your employees. Since this could have been avoided.
