Kerry Parkos was great to work with, he was no pressure and worked with me to get the car I wanted at the price I wanted. He followed through the entire process of registering in another state. I would highly recommend Kerry for anyone looking for a stress free car buying experience.

Both Jessica and Virgil were beyond helpful and kept me posted every step of the way. The technician who worked on my Yukon sent me a detailed video and narrated exactly what he did and showed me what needed to be done. I couldn’t be happier with the service. Another great experience at Mastria.

I recently bought a used truck from these guys. I’ve heard great things about Mastria so a week and a half after buying a vehicle from them and already having mechanical and electrical problems was pretty shocking to me. Giving that they are highly rated company and they went through a pre delivery inspection, pre sale inspection, 170+ point inspection, and the state inspection and somehow missed worn out spark plugs and a misfire code, but hey things happen. I dropped it off and had them work on it. Come to find out none of the work was covered under the 60 day dealership warranty or my personal power train warranty I bought. They start work without letting you know if it will be covered or not so I got blindsided with another $1200+ in repairs after just buying if 2 weeks prior. How could both warranties cover engine issues to only say my specific misfiring issue is not included. Seems like they’ll do anything for a paycheck and then worry about the customer second

I bought a used Escalade and found it had an open recall for air bags. The vehicle also had a slow leak in the front right tire. The low pressure warning system worked well and alerted me even though the tire appeared normal it had low pressure. I decided upon an oil/filter lube job while there. The air bag warning light was lit on the dashboard, I hoped the recall would fix it. There were a couple of other warning lights on too. I asked if they could please run their scanning tool to see the cause of the warning lights. They said they could, but they had to charge over $100.00 to do so. I said no thanks, I can get this done for free at Autozone. After service I noticed the low pressure warning light was on. I drove directly back into the service bay entrance and pointed this out. A gentleman tested the tire pressures, finding they were all over inflated by 5 psi. The air pressure warning light was still in though. He said I needed to speak with the lady in charge. I relayed what happened. She was unsympathetic. She said the car may just be confused because they rotated the tires. So I didn’t make a big deal out of this, thinking the car may learn things in drive home. No, the warning light stayed on. When I got home I noticed the drivers door was creaky when opening. I looked at the hinges and they were nine dry. Apparently the previous owner never had them serviced. I called the dealership. I said back in the day when an OFL job was $25.00 they used to always spray the hinges - I think it’s a graphite grease that resists moisture. Didn’t my $110.00 OFL job include lubing the hinges? The lady on the phone apologized. She said to bring the vehicle back and they would take care of it. I replied that would be an hour round trip, so it may be a week or two before I’m in the area. She said it was fine. They would take care of it when I was ready So today they am wondering what else they forgot. Did they accidentally unplug something in the air low pressure system? You would think that with all the resources at their disposal they could have done the courtesy of plugging in their wader to see what the Robles was with that light. No, they did not offer. This is not the service I expect from a Cadillac dealership. Hyundai yes, but not a high-end dealership.
