Our brand new Acadia had complete engine failure and the entire system needs to be rebuild and reinstalled. I called today to get some sort of update as I haven’t heard from anyone since 1/28/26. My call was disconnected the first time and sent through the hold loop the second time. I hate to write a bad review but I’m not sure where else to turn. I hope this helps us hear back from someone.

They did exactly what I asked them to and confirmed some of what I was already told, notes a couple details that the other guy missed, and traced the heater issue to thermostats that will need replacing soon. No pressure to go through with the recommendations, they respected my wishes and gave me the information I was looking for so I can figure out on my own whether to pay them to do the work or have my private mechanic do things. They listened to my situation and helped me. Virgil was my service rep and I have no complaints.
