  I purchased my Buick from another GMC dealer but brought it to this one multiple times to have it serviced because it's more local to me. I have no experience with the sales dept but the service department is exceptional. Everyone I've encountered is super friendly and helpful including Jessica at the front desk and the employees working in the service drop off area. They have a great team who is prompt with scheduling and communication. The waiting area is comfortable. I'll be bringing my car back here when I need more work done.

  The people of Mastria gmc were so professional from scheduling my service right down to taking the truck in to do the work. They gave me a 4:00 appt I asked if I could drop it early and they said no problem. I dropped it at 2:15 and it was ready for pickup at 4:00. I would recommend mastria gmc to anyone.

  Great experience…. So I thought. Originally I thought this was a great experience. I made a deal with Mike who usually sits at the front desk. We made a deal, shook hands. Only to find out that after we shook on our deal they added one more year of financing without anyone telling me or making me aware that the deal we shook on was not the deal I was signing. Unfortunately this is my fault for being excited and rushing through signing the papers. But I just feel like it was a very shady thing to do to someone. After returning to the dealership after I realized the terms were changed they all played it off like it was nothing. So that being said buyers beware! They will say anything to make a sale. Make sure the deal you shake hands and agree to is the deal you are signing the papers for. Lesson learned on my part! First and last car I will be purchasing from mastria

  They did not pressure me into anything while looking at the truck I wanted. They gave be the best deal I couldn’t turn up! The salesmen and sales managers were very easy to work with and got me into the truck I wanted from the beginning. Kerry was my salesman and he was so easy to work with. He knew everything he was talking about and made this whole truck shopping process easy. I also dealt with Mike who was the sales manager and he was so helpful and got me where I wanted my payments to be. He was very nice and easy to work with as well. This is the dealership you want to purchase your vehicles from. Great people at Mastria! Thanks for all your help guys!

  They were very fast and efficient and helped me find the right car. I was on a test drive within 10 minutes of walking in and made a deal quickly with no real struggle and at a great price. I worked with Isaiah, who was professional the entire time and made sure I left the dealership fully informed on what I needed to do on my end to get my car registered as quickly as possible. The finance manager, Jerry, was also very knowledgeable with the paperwork, and I purchased a warranty at a great price. I would recommend coming here if you’re looking for a new or used car. I bought a 2023 GMC Terrain.
