The first guy who helped us, I think his name was Brandon wasn’t very helpful when we were asking questions. We had a reservation number and went there around 12pm and was told there were no cars and if we could come back at 5pm. My dad even mentioned how we have the reservation number and his excuse was there weren’t any cars and it depends when people bring them back. Just kind of a little bit rude, he doesn’t wear a name tag and doesn’t have any cards out and he doesn’t hand them out either. When Ashton got my information he immediately gave me his card Incase I had any questions while I had the rental and when Steve helped me with the rest of the process he even said to give the place a call and to ask for him if I had any questions as well.
