    Needed a rental for a week. Pricing was reasonable. They do a great job in there. Steve was the rep i worked with. He did an outstanding job - top notch employee and the place is lucky to have him.

    Why make a reservation? Why do I receive a call the day before to confirm? But when I show up the vehicle I requested is not available. I've rented here over 50 times with not issues but the last 2 time I have been left scrambling trying t find another rental else ware. cause what I reserve is not available . and the person at the counter just doesn't care. I had to cancel a trip yesterday cause the minivan I request wasn't available . only option offered was something smaller, with (2 Waggeners sitting in the lot, NEED TO IMPROVE CUSTOMER SERVICE , IF YOU HAVE RESERVETIONS CONFRIMED, GO OUT AND FIND WHAT POEPLE NEED.

    I normally would rate this place 5 stars as the people here are all really customer-centric and typically provide great service. I rent with Enterprise between 250-300 nights a year for work. I am marking them to 3 stars because of a recent bad experience I had that left a sour taste in my mouth. Long story short, I dropped off a rental yesterday morning to this branch and candidly only drove it 3 miles the whole time I had it. (Home from there and then back to return it.) I parked it in my garage overnight and dropped it off yesterday morning after realizing I rented it and did not even need it for the day for work. Well after returning it, I get my email receipt per usual, which I always appreciate, and it looks fine. Then this morning after my bill was already closed out, I get a call from them accusing me of damaging the windshield after I had already dropped it off, had no damage on the windshield, and was told the car looked great and I would be emailed my receipt. They are accusing me of damaging the windshield. I am honest person and will ALWAYS report something like that and my history with enterprise backs that up if they look back on my account. Anyways, after 10 minutes of back and forth I finally get my point across to the gentleman who called me from there. I had to threaten to call corporate to get them to realize they messed up. They tried to pin damage on the windshield to me and it had absolutely nothing to do with me. BAD SERVICE and not worth the argument considering I have rented more than 500 nights in the last 2 years with Enterprise for work. SIDE NOTE: I Have the damage waiver included so there is no financial responsibility on my end, but it is the simple principle behind it of trying to accuse others of their own errors or their own damage. Was this really worth the bad review?
