However, when I actually came in for an oil change on my Toyota Prius 2012, I was charged $111.22, which was a big disappointment. For comparison, at Valvoline the same oil change costs $85 and is done much faster. Based on my experience, I can’t recommend this place.

They tried jump starting it and it still wouldn’t start. After a while the car randomly started on its own and they told me my battery was bad. I explained that I didn’t think it was the battery because it didn’t die like a weak battery normally does, and when I turned the key there was no clicking at all – which usually means something else is wrong or a wire was disconnected. They continued insisting it was the battery and that I needed a new one. Later that same day, my car again failed to start multiple times. I ended up buying a brand new battery, and the problem is still there. Now my car won’t start at all. I tried calling them several times, but they don’t answer the phone. It rings a few times and then they hang up. Very unprofessional and frustrating experience. I went in for an oil change and left with a car that won’t start.
