First time renting from Enterprise and this location made the experience terrible. I made a reservation for a luxury car for a special occasion A WEEK in advance. Imagine my surprise/frustration to find out as I’m standing there, day of pick up that there are no luxury cars available. Nobody called in advance to even notify me so I can find another location at the very least. Had I came same day requesting a car I would understand. HOWEVER, I made a reservation for a reason. Isn’t a reservation supposed to reserve the vehicle?? I was offered whatever car was available which of course wasn’t even cleaned properly. Communication is key and if I was given notice I could have went to another location. (Which would have been better) I wouldn’t recommend simple as that.

Anyone remember that Seinfeld episode when Seinfeld "RESERVED" a car that the rental place did not honor???To get that same ridiculous experience visit this location.My wife reserved a luxury car a week in advance just to be offered the same kind of car that she has... Imagine that!!!She didn't take that one but instead was offered another car with nothing automatic inside except the windows!!! On top of not having what was requested we actually had to take another vehicle that wasn't even washed on the outside with indicator on the dash giving low tire level readings.What exactly has customer service come to???In all fairness the agent gave her a lower rate for the rental she had to take but, wouldn't you have to do that anyway since it was not a luxury car??As always "A FIRST IMPRESSION IS A LASTING IMPRESSION" and going forward will look into doing business with those who can make the effort to honor the request and reservation.If you haven't seen the Seinfeld episode then you should look it up and be ready to live the exact same experience doing business at this particular location.Having no option but to take what they had at the last minute before a vacation really sucked.
